We bought this humidifer for our daughter's room when she got her very first cold at 4 weeks old. It's been a sturdy little thing -- we've run it every night for months and it's very reliable. Doesn't leave puddles on the floor, makes a rather soothing white-noise sound, and the little "on" light isn't too bright.
